- Code of Conduct for Leaders (The Golden Rule)
This section is the guiding star of the leadership training program. It will enable your managers to profitably and constructively use the knowledge assembled in the preceding sections.
This session teaches an eternal law, which simply states: “when we are in power, we will be fair and just to others not only in acts, but also in our thoughts.” This is the Golden Rule. To get results, managers must take an active attitude towards this Golden Rule of life. Once your leaders learn and apply the rules mentioned here, it makes dishonesty impossible. It also eliminates other destructive qualities such as selfishness, greed, envy, hatred, and malice.
We show your managers that there can never be success without happiness, nobody can be happy without dispensing happiness to others, and our character is the sum total of our thoughts and deeds.
